Any lawyer specializing in workplace harassment?

I have a close friend of mine who works as a server, the management have severely harassed her and other coworkers and major abuse of power. Im trying to convince her to seek a lawyer and hoping to get any recommendation for a lawyer that maybe specializes in this?
