Trying to remember old icehouse

There was an old, pretty rundown, icehouse/dive bar. It had super low ceilings, and I’m barely above average height. The place looked kind of clean, messy due to the cheap buckets of bear everywhere.

It was off Westheimer. So between Westheimer and Richmond. One of those through streets like Chimney Rock or Hillcroft. It’s been a long time, but I’m pretty sure it was near the old Toys R Us. It was sort of sketchy and rundown. .I’m sure it was past Chimney Rock, on the left going away from the Galleria.

I keep thinking it was called “Evans Icehouse”, but I’m told I’m wrong. It was something like that ______ icehouse, a name plus icehouse.
