Business First Bancshares acquires Katy-based SBA loan servicer Waterstone LSP

Baton Rouge, Louisiana-based Business First Bancshares Inc. (Nasdaq: BFST), which first entered the Houston market through an acquisition about two years ago, has acquired another locally based company.
