Parrot-friendly apartments near the med center?

Hi! I'm planning to move near the med center around May. I have a green cheek conure (small parrot) who has been my best pal for 14 years. The issue is, he is loud and he doesn't sound pretty.

I'm looking for a place that allows birds and has good noise insulation. If any of you have successfully kept birds in an apartment here (or know someone who has) I would love to hear about it. Thank you!!
