Trying to Remember Restaurant..

My husband always talks about this Mexican restaurant in the Carilion Center (Westheimer near 8/Westchase area) next to what was The Great Caurso. This would have been mid-90s and they had a half-price coupon for fajitas in the Greensheet (lol)

I know there was another Mexican place there in the 2000s when I worked in the area. Anyone remember?
