Prosperity Bank’s West Texas acquisition still delayed, but bank is ready for more M&A

Houston-based Prosperity Bank’s acquisition of a West Texas bank continues to be delayed. The deal was first announced in October 2022, and the bank initially expected the deal to close in the first quarter of 2023.
