houston property taxes?

hey im new to homeownership ,is it normal to get 4 property tax's bills? i get a ISD bill / Ann harris bennet bill /harris county MUD/harris county WCID ? what is the diference between MUD and WCID?and is there a way to check the total property tax yearly to be paid?>some of these bills look sketchy.thank yous
