Looking for bars with live bluegrass or country music

I'm going to be visiting Houston this weekend (Friday-Wednesday) to try to see if I'm alright moving here for my partner's career.

I'd love to check out some places to hear live music, especially bluegrass or country music, ideally in a casual setting.
