Poke spring area

Where can I get poke where it comes with everything mixed already mixed together, as opposed to where it’s kinda assembled with each topping you want placed over rice separately. This is at poke poke in Austin if you been there specifically by chance where a place like that . North Houston / spring woodlands preferably.
