What do y’all think about Kam Kinchens(Miami,S) at 23?

Say we spend the money on DL this free agency. Would y'all be open to drafting a safety at 23? I have yet to watch film on him, but if I remember correctly from what I've heard , he's a hard hitting ,everywhere on the field, type of player who's been rising on people's boards. Look. I think safety is easily the weakest part of our secondary. We got more than serviceable CB's ( Stingley, Nelson, King), but Pitre had a pretty bad year, and Houston-Carson is meh. I really wouldn't mind Kinchens at 23.
