Houston Public Works lowers Lake Houston ahead of forecast heavy rainfall Jan. 22-25
Lake Houston has been temporarily lowered by 12 inches ahead of forecast heavy rainfall beginning Jan. 22, Houston Public Works officials announced in a Jan. 20 news release.
