Fiber in SPring Branch West?

Will be moving into Spring Branch West/Sherwood Oaks neighborhood and so far, it looks like cable internet is the best I can get. Thats fast enough, but ideally we would have fiber internet.

I did a bit of searching and it doesnt seem like fiber is available just yet to the neighborhood, but seems like it is in the area. Just wondering if anyone had any information about fiber in the area
