Job search trouble

I’ve been applying to jobs in Houston for over 2 months now with no luck. everyone says they’re “urgently hiring” or hiring multiple candidates but i’ve had zero real offers yet. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Supervision & Management with Marketing specialization but I feel like all the jobs I apply to are fake or have outrageous requirements like 7 years experience for an entry level role.

How was it finding a job here for everyone else? I’m struggling and feeling super down about not having a job yet. Any tips/ job recommendations are greatly appreciated!
