Elderly neighbor dementia

My elderly neighbor is clearly having some mental breakdown. Thinks there is cameras in her house, across the street. Thinks people are breaking in her house. Heads voices that she thinks is God talking to her. Who do I call for her to be checked? It’s getting worse pretty rapidly
