Question for anyone who has been to Color Factory and/or Seismique

I'm a single #girldad of an incredible 5.5 year old daughter who is thriving with Down syndrome, and has already survived leukemia and four open-heart surgeries. She is a very sweet, happy, excited, fun-loving, positive, extroverted soul who loves music, dancing like nobody's watching, fun flashy colored lights, and having fun just like any other kiddo….she just may require a little extra guidance in order to get the most out of a given activity.

Would Color Factory and/or Seismique be ideal to take a kiddo like her to? Would she be able to get full enjoyment out of them? Are they appropriate for a kiddo her age? Could a kiddo like her who may need just a little extra guidance potentially be a bother to others' enjoyment of these places?
