Anyone else’s boss DUMB?

Yesterday we closed at 12:30 after everyone was arguing with her about the weather. No one planned on going in today- she insisted that everything is fine and states we will open at 10 today. I woke up to no running water along with one of my coworkers, and she also has children so she is staying home. Text my boss- she says she is watching the roads carefully, that they are closed and will let us know by 9 am… it won’t be above freezing till this afternoon. fucking dumb?? just close the office today you won’t have any staff to operate anyways!!!
