HPD shutting down Montrose bridge over the bayou.

Just pulled away, HPD cruiser putting out barrels northbound over the bridge. Looked deceptively passable, but very wet, so who knows… HPD made the call and it's shut now. Assume southbound as well, no traffic coming from where I could see.
