Does anyone know where I can get great nail designs done & my hair styled?

I’m not from Houston & am going to a formal event. I want my nails done with a design but not your typical $5 flower. I had my nails done at Milano Nails I’m the Heights and they did beautiful work but it was pretty expensive. They charged extra for my shape (almond) and extra to rake my acrylic off and put tips. Usually, where I’m from, if you get a new set, they don’t charge for the acrylic removal (it was my own nails). So, if this is the norm here, that’s fine, but it’s news to me. Any tips would be appreciated! 🥰
