No homeowners insurance

Sadly I don’t have homeowners insurance. My grandpa died and left me the house. It’s been difficult getting it insured after his death and ownership switch. I’m currently trying though.

Soo tonight I’m dripping a lil stream at faucets and basically just staying up will flush toilets so often if needed..

What temp y’all think I should cut main off and drain pipes? That’s never failed me before (draining pipes) sucks not having water but better than risking busted pipes.

My pipes didn’t even bust during the winter 2021 power outage ice storm freeze.

I’d rly just like to have water long enough to shower tomorrow evening…however i’m totally fine not being able to. Just trying to figure out a good cutoff tempature til we get thru Tuesday…
