Anyone have leftover insulation they need to get rid of?

I am trying to quickly put together an insulated shelter ahead of the upcoming freeze. It’s for a couple of outdoor cats that hang around my house.
 
I considered buying a role of fiberglass insulation, but the rolls are huge and I only need a small amount. I’d hate to waste so much product.
 
If anyone has any ideas or leads, I’d appreciate it very much!
