Looking to hire spectator for Houston Marathon runner this Sunday

My partner has been training a lot and is flying into Houston to do the marathon on Sunday 1/14 and sadly won’t have any of his usual support from his family or friends since it’s not local to us.

I’m hoping to pay someone ($200?) that ideally has some experience and familiarity with spectating (in terms of best practices of how to time sightings, tracking athletes via the app, etc) to make a sign and cheer my partner on from hopefully a few different spots along the route. I’m thinking I’ll pay $50 upfront and rest upon footage after the race but open to suggested logistics here as i know this is an unusual ask.
