Dosa, and maybe masala dosa specifically?

Where’s the best? Have recently had Shiv Sagar after many years and first-tried Shri Balaji Bhavan and also Saravana Bhavan, and I want to keep trying what else is out there that’s recommendable. Thanks in advance.
