Former Rockets player James Harden’s Houston restaurant, Thirteen, to reopen following renovations

Thirteen, which originally opened in March 2021 at 1911 Bagby St., closed its doors in October to complete its transformation, which consisted of a design and decor change as well as a new chef, menu, management and staff.
