Q&A: New Bellaire Mayor Gus Pappas gives outlook ahead of first City Council meeting

Following his win in a Dec. 9 runoff election, Gus Pappas will be the next mayor for the city of Bellaire. Pappas sat down for an interview with Community Impact in December, prior to being sworn into the position Dec. 8, which will also be his first meeting as leader of the Bellaire City Council.
