low cost vet hospitals that perform eye removal surgery on dogs?

looking for an affordable vet clinic or hospital to do Enucleation surgery on my year old pug. i’ve been getting quotes between $1200-$4000 and cannot afford that. preferably on the SE end of houston but willing to drive wherever.
