Is Dallas friendlier than Houston?

Moved to Houston a year and a half ago and got the chance to really explore Dallas for the first time this weekend. My major takeaways: people seem friendlier, drive safer and the downtown/public spaces are better accommodated/designed. Anyone else get this vibe? Not tryna dog on Houston, just curious.
