Anyone know of a good leather worker who would be willing to restore my vintage briefcase?

So I got this vintage handmade Mexican leather briefcase from an estate sale but the stitches are falling apart. I would like to fix the stitches and it would also be cool if they were able to add straps to the briefcase so that it could act as a laptop bag. Please let me know if there is someone in Houston who could do these things, thanks!
