Jobs for non english speakers

Relative of mine has little work experience but isn’t fluent in the english language. She’s also wanting a fair work environment where they won’t take advantage of the workers due to their lack of communication. Any recommendations of where i can help her apply at? North side of Houston preferably please.

and NO doordash and bs is not an option for her.
