Dead Horse Removal Service?

Some dude dropped off a horse on the lot next to mine, and soon after the horse died. I don’t own the lot and I don’t know who the guy was. The horse is unfortunately far enough back in the lot that the 311 service won’t come pick it up. And I certainly don’t have the capability to move such a large creature to the curb.

Does anyone know of any services that can remove livestock carcasses from someone’s property? I’ve been calling around, but most services only deal in small pets and wildlife.
