Real job or too good to be true??(Houston Based Company?)

Hello, I'm in the market to find a new job, hopefully full time. I'm a highschool graduate with 2 1/2 years of work experience in several different fields including retail, childcare, floral, Student Ministry, and Ministry event coordinating. I also own a clothing and freelance graphic design business on the side… Now my predicament is that none of this experience translates to job opportunities at the moment and I'm looking to get hired on somewhere soon. I saw this job listing on Indeed but it seems maybe a bit too good to be true and I very never heard of the company before. The company is called Eli and Co and supposedly based Houson! Any info would be super helpful!!
