Would Houston be a better option for a 29 year old black male vs San Antonio?

29 M Black living in San Antonio for two years now and I haven’t seen the progress I was looking for since I relocated from Ohio where I’m born and raised from.

Very difficult to make good friends or put myself out there.

The dating scene is awful and I tried multiple different things and found a lot of Hispanics and white women see black men as a fetish but nothing more. Ghosted, flaked, blocked without any reason, 35+ women only seeing me as a fwb but distant themselves after two-three times.

I just don’t feel that welcomed and comfortable here

I just don’t feel the connection I thought I would get in San Antonio and I am looking for a change.

Where would yall recommend for young single professionals to live at in H town? How is Houston for black men compared to other Texas cities?
