What happened to taco c?

Its been a few years since ive been home. I was pretty much raised on taco cabana, so had to go. What happened? Salsa bar with only 3 options? The steak fajita now tastes like the ultra processed preseasoned fajitas from the grocery store. The tortillas evened seemed a bit off, altought still rocked. Am i misrembering or has it gone down hill?
