Looking for summer housing in Houston.

I'm a current senior at Texas A&M University and will be interning in downtown Houston for the summer of 2024. I am looking to rent out a room/unit from June 1st to July 31st. If anyone is interested in renting their place out (preferably a student apartment around Rice University), please message me! My main criteria are that I need a parking spot and the unit needs to be at least somewhat furnished with a bed.
