78% of Sugar Land residents have responded to the 2020 U.S. Census; city is pushing for 100%
Sugar Land staff announced Aug. 24 that the city has the No. 1 response rate in Texas for cities with populations over 100,000, with 78% of residents having responded to the decennial survey so far.
