Can someone help me understand what is going on in Fort Hood?

Just read an article about a young man who was found hanging from a tree, who had reported sexual abuse prior to being found. They say they don’t expect foul play?!

There is also a bunch more young people being dismembered, lit on fire, shot at strip clubs, etc,.. all recently.

What’s going on at Fort Hood? Or am I just seeing something that isn’t there.
