Talos Energy terminates COO ‘without cause,’ promotes replacement
In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Dec. 1, Houston-based Talos Energy Inc. (NYSE: TALO) said its termination of COO Robert “Bob” Abendschein constituted a termination without cause by the company.
