Texans running game

I’m genuinely curious. Who’s more at fault for struggles in the run game? Is it Dameon Pierce or the O Line? I haven’t been able to find any analysis on it so I’m curious as to what yall think. It seems that Singletary has just been better than Pierce this year and he’s been a lot worse than his rookie year and I’m not sure why.
