What is up with the milk case at the Montrose HEB??

Totally a first world problem, but for the past month or more, the milk selection at the Montrose HEB has been really sparse in some areas – like I don't think I've seen a full gallon of organic heb/central market brand skim for ages, as just one example. Today though, I ran in for milk before work in the morning, and everything had been changed – well over half of the case is oat milk, soy milk, etc. I mean, I get it that I live in an area where that might be in demand, but just regular milk milk was all crammed to the side. Anyone know what is happening with that?
