Xmas travel planning: when to leave to avoid crowds

Title. I know crowds will be unavoidable. BUT I would like to ask what day in your opinion would be the best to fly out of IAH for Christmas to minimize hectic ness of it all? I can’t leave now lol gotta wait till Dec 20 at least.
