Question about what’s required to tailgate.

I think for a while you had to have an actual game ticket to be able to tailgate if I recall correctly, is that still the same requirements? I see something about a $12 tailgate ticket so if we have a parking pass for another lot can we just walk to the tailgate? Do we have to get the tailgate ticket and a tailgate lot pass or any other parking pass? Or is a game ticket still required? Thanks y’all.
