Wells Fargo Employees

Hi group, I'm starting over career wise and in the later round interview process to be hired as a bank teller. It's only 20 hrs but pay is decent enough- I mostly need this for benefits and extra funds.

Researching has made me nervous though. The branch I'm going to be brought on to in particular isn't in a great area and I've never seen worse reviews for a bank. I'm worried the branch will eventually be shut down or I will be unable to get promoted or transfer out of it once I'm in there. I'm curious if I could even float between branches to get more hours and create working relationships with other managers to make a transfer easier down the line but I'm getting ahead of myself.

Are there any wells fargo employees in Houston that enjoy their job? How realistic is promotion within?
