Recommend any Toyota/Japanese car mechanics (specifically for a Land Cruiser)?

The Land Cruiser is from the early 90s and runs okay but it's been neglected. Not sure if it's in my best interest $$ wise to go to a Land Cruiser specialist but I do want to get it running and out of the garage. I don't know how important having a specialist is for this type of model. There's just a lot of small things that need to be fixed because it's been neglected for so long, e.g. electrical issues, the battery going out, maybe issues with one of the tires (I inherited the truck). Anyway, if you can recommend a mechanic for this situation I'd really appreciate it!
