Looking for gift ideas for someone in the Champions who really likes extremely fancy gourmet foods

A birthday is coming up next week. We're not getting together but this person is a very accomplished cook who likes truffles, fine wine etc and lives in the Champions area. Something I could order for delivery or digitally would be best. Thanks!
