New to Houston… looking for running trails

Hey y’all! I’m moving to Houston in a few short weeks and I’m very excited to get to know the city. I’ll be living in the North Heights area. I’m an avid runner and I’m curious of good running trails near the heights area that I wouldn’t have to drive to. Any suggestions?

Also, I’m all ears for suggestions for food or anything else that’ll make me love the city. Thanks!
