Animal care/Neutering

Anyone know where in Houston I can get free neutering for some cats? Scared if they get out they’ll impregnate all the other strays. Always cats always people walking around with kittens. Don’t wanna add to the problem if they get out and can’t afford vet bills due to financial situation. Any help with this question would be very appreciated.
