Rocks being thrown at cars on Shepherd , Rice University area.

On 11/6/23 I was driving towards 59 on Shepherd and someone threw rocks at my car and someone else’s car. My car sustained damage I don’t know about the other car who stopped. I didn’t stop because it was 9:30 pm and was heading home. This happened northbound on Shepherd between Milford and Banks. Be vigilant if you drive through there.
