Found Siamese cat!! [Welch & Waugh]

Found this beautiful cat in north montrose, nearest crossstreets Welch and Waugh. She is so friendly and loves humans so clearly belongs to someone, but no collar!! Not sure what to do, she seems too clean to be an outdoor cat. Please let me know asap if she belongs to anyone here!! She is hanging around nearby but I can’t keep her inside unfortunately
