Need help with Cars and Coffee in Houston

So I have an immense love for cars and coffee events, and I happened to be a part of this fundraising organization that spends its time raising money for student scholarships for students here in Houston. So I figured why not combine the two and start doing cars and coffee events in Houston to try and raise money for student scholarships!? The only issue I'm having is trying to find a parking lot big enough to fit 150-200 cars, that would also be willing to host an event of this sort. Would anyone happen to have a lead or be able to point me in the right direction?
