October data: 2 local ZIP codes see home sale drops over 25% compared to previous year

The number of homes sold was largely flat in three of five local ZIP codes in the Heights-River Oaks-Montrose area when comparing data from October with October 2022, but fell by more than 25% in the 77007 and 77008 ZIP codes.
