Omakase Suggestions in Houston

My husband and I are going out for our first date night since baby and I am majorly craving some sushi! We’ve done Omakase before at Roka Akor and loved that experience.

Any other local recommendations in Houston? I’ve tried to search in the thread for other posts but most are about a year plus old so updated or new recs would be great! Inside the 610 loop is preferred to stay semi-close to baby, but would be okay with going as far out as beltway loop.
